Meet Rhiannon Tunnell, Brevard County real estate agent

My background includes leasing, property management, accounting, graphic design and web development. Today, I bring that experience to helping people buy and sell homes on the Space Coast. I’m also a Certified Professional Photographer whose work has been exhibited in galleries.

The long way here

  1. Age 15

    Began working as a professional performance artist and dancer.

  2. Age 16

    Started leasing apartments, my first job in real estate.

  3. Age 18

    Assistant district property manager for four apartment communities, each with a different tax credit status.

  4. Age 19

    Property manager for a commercial real estate broker who kept telling me to get my license. Dancing was way more fun.

  5. Then

    The detour years. Earned a degree in web development, worked in graphic design and web development, and built experience in accounting and photography.

  6. 2016

    Considered getting my real estate license, then pursued insurance and securities licenses instead. After a year, I decided that work wasn’t for me.

  7. Then

    Returned to accounting, including Miami-Dade County and Intuit, with a camera never far away.

  8. Now

    Certified Professional Photographer and licensed Florida real estate agent.

Property management experience

Working in leasing and property management taught me about maintenance, day-to-day operations and the questions to ask about a property.

Understanding the costs

My accounting background helps me organize and explain the costs involved in a move. We’ll look beyond the purchase or listing price to the other expenses you need to consider.

Photography and marketing

I’m a Certified Professional Photographer with a background in graphic design and web development. When you list with me, I’ll photograph your home and create its marketing materials.

Room to decide

We’ll start with what you need to accomplish. I’ll explain your options and any deadlines so you have the information you need to decide.

How I like to work

  • Communication.

    Tell me whether you prefer calls, texts or email, and I’ll use that method whenever possible.

  • Straight answers.

    If something doesn't make sense for you, I'll say so, even when that means waiting, a smaller deal or no deal at all.

  • Coordinating with other professionals.

    I’ll help coordinate with your lender, inspector, title company and other professionals involved in your move. You always choose who you work with.

Off the clock

I live on the Space Coast with my bestie, my teenage daughter and our Frenchie.

If you see someone with a camera pointed at a sunrise, a front porch or a perfectly good palm tree, there's a decent chance it's me.
